9-pocket strap portfolio binder — ringless album for standard sleeved TCG cards. 360-card capacity (20 fixed double-sided 9-pocket pages). Side-loading pockets. Semi-rigid PP cover and elastic strap. $14.99. Stacks flat on a shelf. Not a zipper binder.

Fit: Standard 2.5" × 3.5" cards (~63 × 88 mm), single- or most double-sleeved — Pokémon, MTG, Lorcana, One Piece, sports. Japanese-size cards sit a little loose. Not for: 3×4 toploaders, graded slabs, extra pages (pages are fixed), or a full weather-seal zipper.

A strap portfolio is the thin 9-pocket book. Pages are sealed in. The band holds the cover shut. It stacks like a book. A zipper binder is thicker and better for a backpack in rain. This one is for a shelf and quick open at a table.
