1. How do I become a wholesale account holder?

To apply for a wholesale account, visit our website and fill out the Wholesale Application Form under the "Wholesale" tab. You'll need to provide your business details, such as your company name, resale certificate or tax ID, and a brief description of your operations (e.g., TCG shop or online reseller). Approval typically takes 2-3 business days. Once approved, you'll gain access to wholesale pricing, exclusive bundles, and your personalized account dashboard.

2. What are the minimum order requirements for wholesale purchases?

Our minimum order value (MOV) for wholesale is $399 USD per order to qualify for free shipping on eligible items. We do not have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) per product, but bulk bundles (e.g., Full Case of 10 Premium Zip Binders or 20-unit 9-Pocket Portfolio Binder packs) are recommended for the best margins. Custom orders may have different thresholds—contact us for details.

3. How does wholesale pricing work, and how is it different from retail?

Wholesale pricing is significantly discounted compared to retail MSRP, allowing you to boost your profit margins. For example, our Premium Zip Binder Full Case (10 units) starts at wholesale rates as low as $14.49 per binder, versus retail at $24.99. Prices are visible only after logging into your wholesale account. We offer tiered pricing based on volume: higher quantities unlock deeper discounts. Unlike retail, wholesale orders may include additional fees for custom branding or pallet shipping.

4. What payment methods do you accept for wholesale orders?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and PayPal. Payment is due upfront. Invoices are sent via email, and you can pay securely through your account dashboard. All transactions are in USD.

5. What are your shipping options and costs for wholesale?

We offer fast bulk shipping via UPS, FedEx, or pallet freight for larger orders. Standard ground shipping is free on orders over $399 within the contiguous US.
