From UV-protective acrylic display cases and durable card sleeves to secure binders and custom accessories, our products are designed to safeguard and showcase TCG collectibles like Pokémon Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs), graded cards, and more. We’re three lifelong TCG collectors passionate about preserving the value and beauty of collectibles. With years of experience in Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering, we started TCG Protectors to share our expertise and create display cases that meet collectors’ needs.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from our U.S. facility (Jacksonville, FL). Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days domestically, with expedited options available. International shipping varies by location—check our Shipping Policy for details.

Shipping costs depend on your location and order size. Domestic orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping. View rates at checkout or contact us for a quote.

Yes, we ship to most countries. International orders may incur customs fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery times range from 7–21 business days, depending on destination.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to monitor your package’s progress on our carrier’s website.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, undamaged products in original packaging. Contact us at support@tcgprotectors.com to initiate a return. 

We take care to package securely, but if your case arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Custom Order

Yes! We can create custom cases for unique TCG collectibles or display needs. There may be minimum order quantities on custom cases. Email us at support@tcgprotectors.com with your specifications, and we’ll provide a quote.
