What it does

A top-load inner is a snug first sleeve. Card in from the top, then that sleeved card into an outer penny or deck sleeve. That stack is the 4-edge seal. Side-load inners stay put better when you push the card into an outer sleeve; top-load is the tighter seal if that matters more than speed.

   Yes. 64 × 89 mm for standard ~63 × 88 mm cards.
