The range covers 66 × 92 mm penny sleeves, 64 × 89 mm precise-fit inner sleeves for double-sleeving, team bags for stacks, and sleeves for PSA graded slabs.

Card sizes: standard cards (Pokémon, MTG, Lorcana, One Piece, Flesh and Blood) are about 63 × 88 mm. Japanese-size cards (Yu-Gi-Oh!, Japanese Pokémon) are smaller, about 59 × 86 mm, and are loose in our 64 × 89 mm inners. For One Piece specifics, see our One Piece card size guide.
How to choose card sleeves
- Storing cards in a binder or box: a single Standard Card Sleeves (penny sleeves) is enough for most cards.
- Playing with a deck: double-sleeve. Put a Precise Fit Inner Sleeves (side-loading) or Precise Fit Inner Sleeves (top-loading) on first, then a penny sleeve over it.
- Top-loading vs side-loading inners: top-loading seals all four edges inside the outer sleeve; side-loading is quicker and stays put while you sleeve.
- Grading a card: penny sleeve first, then a semi-rigid card saver. Our semi-rigid holder guide covers the steps.
- Already graded: slip the slab into a PSA Graded Card Sleeves to keep dust and scratches off.
- Sorting stacks or trade binders: Premium Team Bags hold about 35 penny-sleeved cards; add toploaders for rigid protection.
- How many to buy: a 60-card Pokémon deck or a 100-card Commander deck needs one pack of 100 per layer; 500 and 1000 packs suit bulk sleeving.

Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Lorcana and One Piece cards are standard size, about 63 × 88 mm. Our 64 × 89 mm precise-fit inner sleeves fit them snugly, and our 66 × 92 mm Standard Card Sleeves (penny sleeves) fit them with a little room. Both are made for standard-size cards.
Yes. Standard Card Sleeves are 66 × 92 mm soft sleeves, often called penny sleeves. They are 50-micron, acid-free, PVC-free polypropylene and come in packs of 100, 500 or 1000. Use them alone for storage, as the outer layer when double-sleeving, or as the first layer before a card saver.
Put the card into a 64 × 89 mm precise-fit inner sleeve first, then slide that into a 66 × 92 mm Standard Card Sleeve. Top-loading inners give a 4-edge seal inside the outer sleeve. Side-loading inners open on the long edge, so they don’t ride up while you seat the card.
Our precise-fit inner sleeves don’t: Japanese-size cards, about 59 × 86 mm, sit loose in them. Standard Card Sleeves will hold Japanese-size cards, but with extra room. This collection doesn’t currently include a sleeve cut specifically for Japanese-size cards.
Put the raw card in a Standard Card Sleeve (penny sleeve), then into a semi-rigid card saver rather than a hard toploader, which is what most graders such as PSA ask for. Check your grading company’s current submission rules before you ship, because they can change.
They are cut for standard PSA slabs, 87 × 138 × 45 mm. Some CGC and M3 holders with the same footprint fit, but typical BGS cases often don’t. Measure your holder before ordering. The sleeve guards against dust and scratches; use a slab bumper if you want impact protection.
