Sleeve the card, put it in a 3×4 toploader, then file the toploader in this book. Pockets are cut for the rigid holder, not for a loose penny sleeve. A 9-pocket zip binder is for sleeved cards only and holds 360. This one holds fewer because each pocket is a toploader.
