The Classic Collection pack is why this box costs more than 29 loose anniversary packs. It is the only product confirmed to include that three-card etched pack.
2. What Is Inside
Each box contains two foil promos, 29 booster packs, one Classic Collection pack, a playmat, 65 sleeves, a deck box, a coin, and six dice.

Official contents for each Ultra-Premium Collection:
- 1 foil promo card featuring Pikachu ex, illustrated by YOSHIROTTEN
- 1 foil promo card featuring Espeon ex (Day) or Umbreon ex (Night)
- 1 playmat featuring Pikachu, Espeon or Umbreon, and more
- 65 card sleeves
- 1 deck box
- 1 metal coin featuring Espeon or Umbreon
- 6 damage-counter dice
- 29 Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration booster packs
- 1 Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration Classic Collection booster pack
- A code card for Pokémon TCG Live
A regular 30th Celebration pack is five foil cards plus one foil Basic Energy and a TCG Live code. One of the five cards is one of 30 Pikachu artworks. Twenty-nine packs means 29 of those Pikachu, before the promo.
A distributor case is reported as 4 boxes, 2 Day and 2 Night. A case is not a collector product. It only means a store that receives one case gets both versions.
3. Day vs Night: What Is Different in the UPC
Day and Night contain the same 30 packs. Only the promo, coin, and accessory art change.

Espeon ex is MEP 108, 260 HP, with Solar Beatdown. Umbreon ex is MEP 110, 270 HP, with Lunatic Claw. Both are illustrated by REND, as printed on the promo.
| Day | Night | |
|---|---|---|
| Partner promo | Espeon ex, MEP 108, as printed on the promo | Umbreon ex, MEP 110, as printed on the promo |
| Pikachu ex promo | Day theme, YOSHIROTTEN | Night theme, YOSHIROTTEN |
| Coin | Espeon | Umbreon |
| Playmat, sleeves, deck box | Day art | Night art |
| Packs | 29 + 1 Classic Collection | 29 + 1 Classic Collection |
| Reported MSRP | $179.99 | $179.99 |
Buy Day if Espeon is the card you display. Buy Night if Umbreon is. Buy both if you want the pair. Night is the one secondary markets have priced higher, which is the usual Umbreon pattern, not a sign the packs are better.
4. The Classic Collection Pack
The UPC includes one Classic Collection pack of three cards, and Charizard is not guaranteed.

This is the pack that makes the Ultra-Premium Collection different from every other 30th Celebration product.
The Classic Collection is 30 reprinted cards from across the TCG, Base Set through the modern era. Each keeps its original art and original collector number and adds a 30th mark and an etched, gold-border treatment. They are not Standard-legal. Pokémon.com confirms the three-card pack. It does not print the card list.
Reported list, from post-release set checklists including Pikawiz and Insider Gaming, not from the Pokémon.com UPC page: Base Set Pikachu, Base Set Charizard, Misty, Erika’s Jigglypuff, Sneasel, Shining Celebi, Aquapolis Lugia, Delcatty, Dark Tyranitar, Scizor ex, Metagross δ, Palkia LV.X, Uxie, Crobat, Gengar Prime, both halves of Darkrai & Cresselia LEGEND, N, Rayquaza EX, Genesect EX, Mega Gardevoir EX, Greninja BREAK, Solgaleo GX, Buzzwole GX, Pikachu & Zekrom-GX, Zacian V, Raikou, Mew VMAX, Arceus VSTAR, and the Paldea Evolved Magikarp illustration rare.
The UPC pack contains three of those cards. It does not let you pick them. You are not guaranteed Charizard.
Those same Classic Collection cards can also appear in regular 30th Celebration packs. They are not exclusive to this box. The UPC pack is the guaranteed three-card pull, and this is the only product confirmed to include that pack.
5. Price, and What Not to Pay
Reported MSRP is $179.99. Pokémon.com does not print a dollar price.

The graph above is an illustration, not a measured price chart.
At $179.99, 30 packs land near $6 each before you count two promos, a playmat, sleeves, a deck box, and a metal coin. A distributor case of four has been listed at $708.84, which is about $177 a box. European list prices have been reported near €229.99. Pokémon.com’s product page does not print a US dollar price, so $179.99 is the trade figure, not a number on the official gallery.
Preorder reality in late September 2026 was nowhere near list. Night boxes on TCGPlayer were around $720. Other shops listed Day and Night between roughly $550 and $600. GameStop has advertised the box near $400 when the listing was up. A site selling the same box at $79.99 with a free binder is not a deal. It is a listing to ignore.
The 25th anniversary Ultra-Premium Collection sold through at launch and did not quietly restock into a normal price. This one can follow that path. It can also reprice once the first wave lands. Both outcomes are possible. Paying four times list before the box ships is a bet that allocation fails, not a purchase of 30 packs.
6. Where to Buy the 30th Celebration UPC
Buy it at Pokémon Center and participating Pokémon TCG retailers on November 6, 2026.
Pokémon.com says the Ultra-Premium Collection will be available at Pokémon Center and where Pokémon TCG products are sold. That is the official channel. A third-party listing far below $179.99 is not a real checkout. Preorder pages that will not let you choose Day or Night are selling an allocation, not the box you asked for.
7. Will the 30th Celebration UPC Restock?
A restock is not confirmed. Pokémon Center has not published a restock date.
The 25th anniversary Ultra-Premium Collection sold through and did not quietly return at list price. This box can follow that path, or it can get a later wave. Treat a restock as possible, not scheduled. Do not pay a preorder premium on the assumption that November 6 is the only chance.
8. Is It Worth Buying?
At $179.99 it is worth it for the promo and the guaranteed Classic Collection pack. At $700 it is not.
At $179.99, yes if you want the Espeon or Umbreon promo and a guaranteed Classic Collection pack. That is the only sealed route to both of those things in one product.
At $400, only if the promo pair is the point and you are keeping the box or the promos. The packs alone do not justify it. 30th Celebration packs were already in other anniversary products from September 16.
At $700, no, unless you are sealing a Night box you already decided to keep and you accept that you may be the exit liquidity for a preorder. Charizard is three cards out of 30 in one pack. It is not a promise.
9. How to Store the Promos and the Box
Use a penny sleeve and a 35pt toploader for the promos. Keep a sealed box upright, out of window light.

The retailer-listed box is 14.25 by 3.25 by 8.5 inches and about 2.73 pounds. A standard Elite Trainer Box case will not fit it. A case cut to those dimensions will. If you keep it sealed, store it upright, out of window light, and off a stack of other boxes. The face art is the product on a sealed copy.
If you open it, split the contents before anything sits in the tray.
- Playmat. Roll it with the print outside, or store it flat. Do not fold it. A crease in the Pikachu art is the damage people notice first.
- Sleeves and deck box. Use them, or leave them sealed in the poly bag. The included 65 sleeves are for play. They are not an archival binder page.
- Promos and Classic Collection hits. Penny sleeve first, then a 35pt toploader. Espeon ex, Umbreon ex, the YOSHIROTTEN Pikachu ex, and any Charizard, Shining Celebi, or LEGEND half from the Classic pack go in this pile the day you open the box. Standard card sleeves at 66 × 92 mm are the outer layer. A 9-pocket toploader binder keeps those hard cases on one page without stacking them.
- The other pulls. Side-loading zipper binder after a penny sleeve. Do not put raw foil straight into a pocket. The binder guide compares zipper, strap, and toploader binders.
Two mistakes specific to this box: separating the Darkrai & Cresselia LEGEND halves if you pull both, and leaving the metal coin loose on the promo. The coin scratches foil. Sleeve the promo first.
The longer pipeline is in the Pokémon card storage guide.
10. What Is Still Unconfirmed
As of October 2, 2026, Pokémon.com still does not print a dollar price.
- A dollar price printed on Pokémon.com
- Pikachu ex promo card numbers
- Pull rates inside the Classic Collection pack
- Whether Pokémon Center restocks after the first wave
- Street price after November 6

Q: How should I store the promos and the sealed box?
A: Penny sleeve each promo, then a 35pt toploader. Keep the sealed box upright and in an acrylic display case, out of window light, and off other boxes. A standard Elite Trainer Box case will not fit it. The retailer-listed size is 14.25 by 3.25 by 8.5 inches.
The 30th Celebration Ultra-Premium Collection is an anniversary box with two exclusive promos and one guaranteed Classic Collection pack. Buy the version that matches the Pokémon you actually display, pay something close to $179.99 if you can, and sleeve the promos before the coin touches them.
