What it does
A toploader is a hard case. Sleeve the card, slide it in from the top, then store or travel. It is stiffer than a card saver. That is why most graders want a semi-rigid saver for submissions, not a 35pt toploader. Use this for singles, display, and shipping between collectors — not as the PSA submit holder unless that company currently allows it. Filing a set of loaded toploaders? Use the 9-pocket toploader binder, not a sleeve binder.
